Waton Financial Limited, a holding company, priced its IPO of 4,375,000 ordinary shares at $4.00 per share. The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase an additional 656,250 shares. The gross proceeds to WTF are expected to be around $17.5 million. The shares will trade on Nasdaq under the symbol “WTF” starting April 1, 2025, with the offering set to close on April 2, 2025. The offering is conducted on a firm commitment basis, with Cathay Securities, Inc. as the representative of the underwriters.
