From Yahoo Finance: 2025-04-24 18:33:00

Apogee Enterprises (NASDAQ: APOG) faced a nearly 13% decline after reporting a fiscal fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 earnings release with net sales down by almost 5% year over year to less than $346 million. Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) net income also plummeted by 84% to nearly $2.5 million.

Analysts were estimating slightly over $336 million for revenue and a higher $0.92 figure for per-share operating income, but Apogee fell short in both areas. The company’s architectural metals segment saw a 19% drop in net sales to $112 million for the quarter, while only two of four main segments saw increases in net sales.

Management’s guidance for fiscal 2026 predicts net sales of $1.37 billion to $1.43 billion and operating income per share of $3.55 to $4.10, lower than the previous fiscal year. Despite an anticipated slight rise in annual net sales, Apogee is struggling, and investors are looking for more from the company.
