Zealand Pharma has launched a long-term incentive program for its Board of Directors, Corporate Management, and employees for 2025. The program includes awards of restricted share units (RSUs) and performance share units (PSUs), totaling to 29,169 RSUs for the Board, 96,788 RSUs and PSUs for Corporate Management, 18,502 RSUs for US employees, and 128,519 RSUs for Danish employees. These awards are intended to align with industry peers and drive long-term performance. The program also includes vesting schedules and holding requirements to align the interests of participants with shareholders. The total value of grants cannot exceed set percentages of fixed annual salaries for executives.
