Merko Ehitus reports strong Q1 2025 performance with increased revenue and new contracts

Merko Ehitus reported revenue of EUR 85.2 million and net profit of EUR 10.5 million in Q1 2025. Real estate development contributed to 30% of Q1 revenue, more than doubling from the previous year. In Q1 2025, Merko Ehitus saw increased new construction contracts compared to last year, signing contracts worth EUR 50.6 million.
