Merko Ehitus reports strong Q1 2025 performance with increased revenue and new contracts

Merko Ehitus reported revenue of EUR 85.2 million and net profit of EUR 10.5 million in Q1 2025. Real estate development contributed to 30% of Q1 revenue, more than doubling from the previous year. In Q1 2025, Merko Ehitus saw increased new construction contracts compared to last year, signing contracts worth EUR 50.6 million. Although the secured order book decreased from the previous year, the company’s portfolio remains strong. Merko Ehitus delivered 121 apartments and one commercial unit in Q1 2025, up from 59 apartments and seven commercial units in the same period last year. Revenue from real estate development also increased, reaching EUR 26 million. The company launched several residential developments in Tallinn and Vilnius.

The company’s profitability improved in Q1 2025, with a pre-tax profit of EUR 11.6 million and a net profit margin of 12.3%. Revenue for the quarter was EUR 85.2 million, up 5.0% from the previous year. The secured order book stood at EUR 331.9 million at the end of the quarter.
