Smart energy company GridBeyond has partnered with ABB to offer a battery energy storage system-as-a-service, targeting commercial and industrial clients. ABB’s investment in GridBeyond will combine their expertise to optimize energy storage assets, reduce costs, lower emissions, and improve resilience. Tallarna will provide support for this initiative, focusing on data analytics, insurance solutions, and financing expertise to maximize financial benefits for businesses in the evolving energy landscape. ABB also announced plans to invest $120m in expanding low-voltage electrification product manufacturing in the US.
