Alaska Energy Metals raised C$500,020 for exploration at its Angliers-Belleterre project in Quebec through a financing round. The offering consisted of flow-through units priced at C$0.115 each, yielding 4,348,000 shares and 2,174,000 warrants. The funds will be used for exploration work at the project, focusing on potential mineralization areas.
The financing round was conditionally accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange, with a finder’s fee paid to 3L Capital. The securities issued are subject to a four-month hold period. The raised funds will be used for exploration expenses in Canada and British Columbia, meeting the criteria for flow-through mining expenditures under the Income Tax Acts.
Exploration work at the Angliers-Belleterre project will concentrate on the Rapids/McBride and Vaseux prospects, targeting nickel-copper and nickel mineralization, respectively. The funding will support activities like geological mapping, prospecting, sampling, geophysical surveys, and potential exploration drilling. In January 2024, Alaska Energy Metals completed a private placement, raising C$1m for exploration at the Angliers project.
