At the 2025 Peripheral Nerve Society Annual Meeting, Annexon, Inc. presented real-world evidence showing improved outcomes with Tanruprubart for Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) compared to current standards of care. Tanruprubart is a monoclonal antibody designed to block C1q and halt neuroinflammation in GBS. New analyses of Phase 3 trials highlighted Tanruprubart’s early and durable treatment effects, improving quality of life in GBS patients.
