Arla cyber-hit plant nears “normal” operations

Arla Foods expects its German factory affected by a cyber incident to return to normal operations soon. The incident caused production disruptions but did not impact other Arla sites. Arla generated €1.27bn in sales in Germany in 2024 and plans to merge with DMK to create a European superdairy.
Last month, Oettinger Getränke, a German beer and soft-drinks group, confirmed a cyberattack on its business. The company is investigating the breach for potential data leaks. Ransomware group Ransom House claimed to hold data from the brewer, according to Cybernews.
