Aroundtown issues 750 million euro bond with lower coupon, launches tender offer, managing debt.

Aroundtown successfully issued a 750 million euro 5-year senior unsecured bond and launched a tender offer to buyback certain bond series totaling over 2 billion euros. The new Series 41 Straight Bond carries a lower coupon of 3.5% compared to the previous 4.8% coupon. They also launched a tender offer targeting bonds with shorter maturities and higher coupons to manage debt maturity and reduce costs. The company plans to use liquidity and proceeds from the issuance to repay debt, with about 660 million euros already repaid this year. The tender offer expires on May 13, 2025.
