Johnson’s appointment follows Mark Holloway becoming BFS’ chief information and technology officer last month. Niels Gooch was also appointed as head of sales for Bibby Foreign Exchange (BFX) to enhance support for UK SMEs in international trade. BFS, part of Bibby Line Group, aids over 8,500 businesses globally with trade and asset finance solutions.
BFS, established in 1982, employs over 1,000 people across Europe and Asia, offering working capital finance and foreign exchange services. Johnson stated his excitement to join BFS and work towards better outcomes for SMEs. Holloway welcomed Johnson, impressed by the teams’ dedication to supporting SME customers and each other.
