Bitdeer Technologies Group saw a 41% revenue drop to $70.1 million in Q1 2025, with an operating loss of $3.2 million. Despite this, a net income of over $400 million was reported, largely due to gains on convertible notes with Tether. Miners are shifting to high-performance computing for AI applications. Self-mining activities are ramping up to reach 40 EH/s by year-end. Tether owns a 21% stake in Bitdeer. The company is expanding in the US as a hedge against trade wars.
