Blue Owl Capital Inc., Chirisa Technology Parks, and PowerHouse Data Centers complete a $750 million transaction in their $5 billion joint venture for AI/HPC data center development. The partnership focuses on establishing turnkey AI infrastructure to support CoreWeave and other hyperscale and enterprise customers.
