Cadeler (NYSE:CDLR) has acquired the Boqiang 3060, now renamed Wind Keeper, a jack-up wind turbine installation vessel. Equipped with advanced technology, the vessel will enhance Cadeler’s offshore wind turbine O&M services. Delivery is expected in FQ3 2025, with planned upgrades to support new installations in the 15 MW segment. The total investment cost for upgrades will be communicated later.

Cadeler focuses on offshore wind farm installation, operations, and maintenance services in Denmark.
