Credit Agricole S.A. has announced the repayment of its ¥5.800.000.000 JPY subordinated callable bonds issued on June 4, 2020. The repayment will take effect on June 4, 2025, and will be made at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus accrued interest. Holders of the bonds will be formally notified of the repayment. This announcement is not an offer to purchase or sell the bonds in certain jurisdictions.
