Digital health company Omada files for US IPO

Omada Health, a virtual chronic care provider, has filed for an IPO in the U.S. amidst a wave of healthcare listings. The company, based in San Francisco, reported a 38% increase in revenue to $169.8 million for 2024 and a 56.6% jump in revenue to $55 million for Q1 2025. Omada last raised $192 million in a Series E funding round in 2022. Healthcare IPOs on U.S. exchanges reached $7.1 billion in 2024. Hinge Health, a digital exercise therapy provider, also filed for an IPO in March. Omada plans to list its common stock on the Nasdaq under the symbol “OMDA”, with underwriters including J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Barclays.
