European stocks rose on Friday after strong regional data and lower bond yields. Germany’s GDP grew 0.4% in Q1, higher than expected. UK retail sales jumped 1.2% in April, beating estimates. UK Consumer Confidence Index rose to -20 in May. STOXX 600 was up 0.2%, set for sixth week of gains. DAX and FTSE 100 both rose 0.4%. CAC 40 was stable. AJ Bell’s profit rose 12%, stock soared 7%.
