U.S. Federal Reserve Governor Michelle Bowman has selected three new staffers from the banking sector to join the Fed’s Supervision and Regulation Division. Randall Guynn, former chairman of Davis Polk & Wardwell’s financial institutions group, Aleksandra Wells, previously with Goldman Sachs, and economist Francisco Covas have been appointed. The Fed has not commented on the matter.
