Flutter Entertainment plc announced a new offering of USD, GBP, and EUR-denominated senior secured notes to raise $2.8 billion. The funds will be used to repay a bridge facility, cover costs from the Snaitech S.p.A. acquisition, and related expenses. The company also initiated a process to raise additional funds through its USD-denominated Term Loan B. Flutter Treasury will apply for the notes to be listed on The International Stock Exchange. Pre-market trading shows Flutter down 1.33% on the NYSE and 1.27% in London.
