Americold, a cold storage warehouse operator, reports declining demand from food-producing customers due to tariff announcements in early April. Inflation fears have caused customers to slow expansion plans. The company’s revenue was down 4% year over year, with lower pallet throughput and occupancy rates. Americold has lowered its full-year outlook and adjusted FFO guidance for 2025. Shares of COLD were down 5.6% on Thursday.
