General Motors is revamping its credit card program to offer more ways to earn and redeem GM Rewards points on automotive purchases, starting May 20. The new card allows customers to earn up to 10 times the points on eligible GM purchases, with no earn or redemption caps, and points can be used across all GM brands. Additionally, GM Rewards points can now be shared with any other member, regardless of location. The new GM Rewards Mastercard, serviced by Barclays US Consumer Bank, will replace existing cards later this summer, offering member-exclusive experiences and expanded redemption options. A new GM Business Mastercard is also set to launch later this year, with a higher earn rate on GM purchases and more redemption options.
