Hub International, a global insurance brokerage, acquires Allegiant Global Partners (AGP) based in Boston. AGP offers health, welfare, and risk consulting services to NGOs, higher education institutions, and non-profits. AGP’s expertise will strengthen Hub’s Benefits capabilities. AGP team, including founder Jay Bride and Denis Guay, will join Hub. The financial terms were not disclosed.
