Ikea has updated its loyalty program, allowing members to earn points for various activities like creating a gift registry or making purchases. Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases, free food at the restaurant, and more. The program aims to engage customers throughout their entire journey.

With over 24 million members nationwide, Ikea’s loyalty program continues to grow. Other retailers, like Lowe’s and David’s Bridal, are also enhancing their loyalty programs to retain customers. Ulta Beauty, with 44.6 million members, has expanded its program to include a digital community for sharing tips and content.
