The global market forecast remains uncertain due to U.S. trade policy concerns. Wall Street closed lower, with the Dow falling 0.58 percent, the NASDAQ down 0.51 percent, and the S&P 500 slipping 0.56 percent. Oil prices rose after OPEC announced output quotas for 2027.
