Mercer Advisors buys Lewis Wealth Management

Mercer Global Advisors has acquired Lewis Wealth Management, a Denver-based RIA, boosting their assets under management in Colorado to approximately $5.5bn with 160 employees in eight offices. Lewis Wealth Management, managing $75m for 40 clients, focuses on evidence-based management, long-term investment, and diversification.

The acquisition will allow Lewis Wealth Management to access Mercer Advisors’ family office solutions, back-office support, and specialized investment resources. Mercer Advisors’ M&A Partner Development principal Martine Lellis highlighted the alignment of values between the firms, emphasizing enhanced resources and expanded services for clients.

Since relocating to Denver in 2017, Mercer Advisors has expanded services to over 2,200 families in the area. In February, Mercer Advisors acquired Financial Partners Group in Gallatin, Tennessee, further expanding its reach and services. The partnership with Lewis Wealth Management aims to provide exceptional client service and tailored guidance to clients.
