Montage Gold Corp. is investing C$10.4 million to acquire a 9.9% ownership stake in Aurum Resources Limited, alongside other investors. Aurum owns the Boundiali and Napié gold projects in Côte d’Ivoire, with a 100,000-meter drill program underway. Montage’s Koné project is adjacent to Aurum’s Boundiali project, showing collaboration opportunities. Aurum plans to publish an updated resource estimate and PFS by year-end and accelerate growth with the proceeds from the Offering. The Share Exchange Transaction is expected to close in late June 2025, pending approvals. Montage is focused on becoming a leading African gold producer, with first gold pour expected in Q2-2027.
