Enefit Green’s board member Innar Kaasik is stepping down from his position by his own request starting June 7, 2025. Kaasik has been a board member at Enefit Green since 2017, previously serving as CEO and board member at Enefit Taastuvenergia. A new board member will be recruited through a competition, with a focus on increasing the revenue potential of Enefit Green’s production portfolio and developing a long-term plan for the Iru cogeneration plant. Current board members Juhan Aguraiuja and Argo Rannamets will continue in their roles.
