NKT A/S announced a Q1 2025 Interim Report with 11% organic growth and operational EBITDA of EUR 81m. CEO Claes Westerlind highlighted ongoing high-voltage projects and strategic investments, including capacity expansions in Falun and Velke Mezirici. A supply agreement with Hydro was signed to secure aluminum supply until 2033.

In Q1 2025, NKT reported revenue of EUR 630m, a 11% organic growth from Q1 2024. Operational EBITDA increased to EUR 81m. The company’s financial outlook for 2025 remains unchanged, with revenue expected to be approximately EUR 2.37-2.52bn and operational EBITDA around EUR 330-380m.

NKT maintained a strong balance sheet with a net interest-bearing debt of EUR -953m at end-Q1 2025. The company’s high-voltage order backlog stood at EUR 10.7bn, with progress on the high-voltage investment program. The new production capacity and cable-laying vessel are expected to be operational from 2027.
