Australian gold miner Northern Star Resources has completed the acquisition of De Grey Mining in a $3.25bn deal. De Grey shareholders received 0.119 new Northern Star shares per share held. The sale nominee will sell shares for affected shareholders due to tax considerations. De Grey will delist from the ASX as part of the acquisition process.
