Northrop Grumman Corp. (NOC) has approved a 12.1% increase in its quarterly dividend to $2.31 per share, marking its 22nd consecutive annual dividend hike. The annual dividend yield is now 1.94%, higher than the S&P 500 composite’s yield of 1.24%. Northrop Grumman generated $481 million in cash flow in Q1 2025, enabling the dividend hike. The company expects sales of $42.00-$42.50 billion for 2025. Other defense companies like General Dynamics and Howmet Aerospace have also increased their dividends. Northrop Grumman’s stock rose 5.9% in the past three months.
