NVIDIA expands its Omniverse Blueprint for AI factory digital twins with new integrations for power, cooling, and networking ecosystems, enabling engineering teams to design, simulate, and optimize entire AI factories in virtual environments to detect issues early and develop smarter facilities.

Siemens, Delta Electronics, and Jacobs join the AI Factory Ecosystem, contributing 3D models and assets to optimize the design, simulation, deployment, and operations of AI factories. Partners like Schneider Electric and Vertiv provide SimReady assets for power, cooling, and mechanical systems in the digital twin.

The OpenUSD-based models within the blueprint are inherently SimReady, designed for physics-based simulations of physical AI and agentic AI in AI factories. The SimReady standardization workflow streamlines the development of digital twins for efficient testing and optimization of critical infrastructure within the factories.

The expansion of the NVIDIA Omniverse Blueprint for AI factory digital twins revolutionizes how engineers design and build industrial AI infrastructure. By providing a unified and accurate digital twin based on OpenUSD and SimReady standardization, the blueprint de-risks development, optimizes performance, and accelerates the deployment of next-generation AI factories.
