Nvidia is set to announce its fiscal first quarter results after the bell on Wednesday. The company’s stock has been volatile due to setbacks like the Trump administration’s ban on chip shipments to China. However, recent developments have pushed Nvidia’s share price up about 40% over the last year.

Nvidia’s report is expected to show an adjusted EPS of $0.88 on revenue of $43.3 billion. Analysts predict Data Center revenue to increase by 74% year over year to $39.2 billion. Gaming revenue is also expected to rise to $2.8 billion.

Nvidia faced challenges with the Trump administration’s ban on sales of its H20 chip. The company is now working on a modified version to meet performance requirements. CEO Jensen Huang criticized US policies and announced plans to provide GPUs to Humain, an AI startup backed by Saudi Arabia.

Nvidia received relief from export restrictions and plans to supply GPUs to Humain. Analysts see this move as strategic for Saudi Arabia’s AI ambitions. Follow Yahoo Finance for the latest earnings reports and financial news.
