Fitness company Peloton Interactive is raising its 2025 revenue forecast, focusing on growing subscriptions for instructional videos amid slowing demand for exercise equipment. The shift to a software-first approach involves boosting subscriber growth and targeting corporate wellness clients. New CEO Peter Stern aims to drive the company’s transformation.

Peloton now expects 2025 revenue to be between $2.46 billion and $2.47 billion, with an increase in connected fitness subscriptions. The company anticipates adjusted core profit to be in the range of $330 million to $350 million. Despite a 13% revenue decline, Peloton reported a smaller loss per share in the third quarter.
