Shares of Planet Fitness (NYSE:PLNT) dropped over 5% after disappointing Q1 results. Adjusted EPS was $0.59, missing estimates of $0.62. Revenue was $276.7 million, below the $279.8 million forecast. Franchise revenue hit $115.2 million, meeting expectations, while same-store sales rose 6.2%. CEO highlighted membership growth, with 20.6 million members. Adjusted EBITDA was $117 million, up 10% YoY. Full-year guidance reaffirmed but capex outlook reduced to 20% increase.
