Power Minerals has partnered with Brazilian mining company EDEM to advance the Santa Anna niobium carbonatite project in Brazil. The exclusive option to acquire the project follows a binding letter of intent signed earlier this month. Power Minerals will focus on critical minerals exploration, while EDEM will concentrate on phosphate potential. The strategic partnership aims to accelerate work on the project, with significant cost savings expected. The Santa Anna project has extensive exploration potential for rare earth elements and phosphate. Power Minerals plans to conduct drilling to confirm an exploration target and fund exploration with a recent placement.
