Radiant Logistics exceeded expectations in Q1 but anticipates a slowdown in international trade may impact Q2 results. Revenue rose 16% y/y to $214 million, with adjusted EPS at 14 cents. The company expects Q4, ending June 30, to be soft due to tariffs, but remains optimistic about future trade rebound.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 81% y/y to $9.4 million, with $2 million attributed to recent acquisitions. Radiant finished the quarter with $19 million in cash and a $15 million balance on a $200 million credit facility. The company closed its acquisition of Universal Logistics, its third this year.

Shares of RLGT surged 5.3% in after-hours trading. CEO Bohn Crain believes any near-term trade slowdown will lead to a surge in global trade once tariff disputes are resolved. Despite tariff impacts, Radiant remains confident in the resilience of its shipment volume.
