Israel’s eToro aims for a $4 billion valuation in its U.S. IPO, offering 10 million shares priced between $46 and $50 each. The tech-heavy Nasdaq listing will test investor appetite post-tariff turmoil. eToro’s platform allows trading in stocks and limited cryptocurrencies, following an SEC settlement. BlackRock plans to buy up to $100 million in shares. Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, UBS, and Citigroup are lead underwriters.
