HR tech company Rippling secured $450m in Series G funding, hitting a $16.8bn valuation. They will repurchase up to $200m in equity from employees and investors. Investors include Elad Gil, Sands Capital, and Goldman Sachs. Rippling plans to use funds for global expansion and product development, offering HR, IT, and spend tools. They position themselves as a unified data management system for businesses.

Rippling’s technology automates the employee lifecycle and provides integrated controls over devices and workflows. In a lawsuit against Deel, Rippling accused an employee of spying on trade secrets. Deel countersued, denying the claims and making their own allegations. Previously, in April 2024, Rippling raised $200m in a Series F round and agreed to repurchase $590m in equity.
