Saudi Arabia has launched Humain, a new company to develop AI technologies, as part of its goal to be a global AI hub. Chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, it will focus on AI solutions and offer services like data centers and advanced models.

Humain aims to be a regional and global AI hub for sectors like energy and healthcare. It will streamline data center initiatives, procure hardware, and foster local innovation. Salesforce plans a $500m investment in Saudi Arabia, introducing Hyperforce to the market.

The new company, Humain, under the Public Investment Fund, will focus on developing and delivering AI solutions locally and globally. It will provide a range of AI services, products, and tools while aiming to consolidate Saudi Arabia’s position as a global leader in AI technologies.
