Ashok Leyland reported 38% profit growth with a 1:1 bonus issue. ONGC announced oil and gas discoveries in Mumbai Offshore basin. Bajaj Auto rose 1.3% and will take control of KTM AG. Lloyds Engineering Works received a Rs. 20.67 crore order from Cochin Shipyard.
