VF Corp, the parent company of Timberland and Vans, saw shares drop 15.8% after reporting Q4 results below expectations. Net revenue for the quarter was $2.14 billion, down 5% from the previous year. Operating loss was $73 million, better than expected. The North Face and Vans saw mixed results, with Timberland reporting a 10% increase in net revenue. VFC reported a 4% decline in full-year net revenue, but turned a profit. The company expects a decline in Q1 2026 revenue and operating loss. CEO Bracken Darrell is confident in the company’s transformation and ability to return to growth.
