Chinese internet company Sohu.com Ltd reported a profit in the first quarter of 2025, with net income of $182.16 million. This is compared to a net loss of $24.97 million in the same quarter last year. Revenues for the quarter were $135.65 million, down 3% from the previous year. The company’s operating loss narrowed to $19.03 million, with operating expenses decreasing by 9% to $121.53 million. Sohu.com Ltd expects a net loss between $20 million and $30 million in the second quarter, with marketing services revenues estimated to be between $16 million and $17 million. Online game revenues are expected to be between $96 million and $106 million.
