Standard Lithium reports positive fiscal results for Q1 2025, receives $225 million grant

Standard Lithium Ltd. announced its financial and operating results for the three month fiscal period ended March 31, 2025. The company received a $225 million grant from the US Department of Energy and made significant progress on its SWA Project. The SWA Project was designated as a priority transparency critical mineral project and the brine production unit was unanimously approved by the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission. The company also submitted a royalty application for the SWA Project. The Company has cash and working capital of $31.6 million and $31.3 million, respectively, as of March 31, 2025.

In addition, Standard Lithium held a conference call and webcast to discuss its three-month fiscal period ended March 31, 2025. The Company aims to achieve sustainable, commercial-scale lithium production via a scalable and fully integrated DLE and purification process. Standard Lithium’s flagship projects are located in the Smackover Formation in Arkansas and Texas. The company also announced the appointment of Karen G.
