Terranet AB begins rights issue of shares with subscription period from May 27 to June 11

Terranet AB has begun its rights issue of shares, with the subscription period running from May 27 to June 11, 2025. The issue comprises a maximum of 13,880,714 units, with a subscription price of SEK 1.08 per unit. The Rights Issue is fully covered by subscription commitments and underwriting commitments, providing Terranet with approximately SEK 15 million. Shareholders with preferential rights can subscribe for units in proportion to their existing shares. The last day for trading B-shares with unit rights is April 25, 2025.
