ThreeD Capital Inc. has entered into a Joint Operating Agreement with its CEO, Sheldon Inwentash, to monetize digital assets. ThreeD will contribute 6,291,456 HyperCycle tokens and Inwentash will contribute 12 HyperCycle masternodes, both valued at approximately $550,000 USD each. Revenues and expenses will be shared equally, with an income cap of $2,000,000 CAD. The agreement is subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval.
