TXNM Energy announced CEO Pat Collawn will transition to Executive Chair on July 1, 2025. Don Tarry will take over as President and CEO as part of the succession plan. Collawn has been with the company since 2007 and was named CEO in 2010. Tarry, who joined in 1996, will step into the role of CEO and President. Collawn will remain involved as the Executive Chair of the Board of Directors.
