Vodafone Group Plc announced a share repurchase programme of up to 500 million euros through Citigroup Global Markets Limited. The company can repurchase up to 4.05 billion ordinary shares to reduce share capital. The repurchase will take place on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities.
