VOO Inflows Continue with $990M in AUM Gains

The Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) saw an inflow of $990 million, raising its assets to over $619 billion amidst stock market volatility. The iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) attracted $531 million, while the iShares MSCI USA Momentum Factor ETF (MTUM) and iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT) gained $486 million and $462 million respectively.

On the outflow side, the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) experienced redemptions of $1.1 billion, while the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM) and iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) saw outflows of $637 million and $594 million as tech stocks declined.

U.S. fixed income led asset classes with inflows of $1.7 billion as investors sought safety, while U.S. equity funds experienced outflows of $1.1 billion. Overall, ETFs had net inflows of $1.1 billion.

In terms of specific ETFs, the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) had outflows of $1.1 billion, while the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM) and iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) experienced outflows of $637 million and $594 million respectively.
