These include strategic partnerships, advanced technology solutions, and operational efficiencies. The company’s AI-driven guest engagement platform, Wyndham Connect PLUS, offers automated messaging and voice assistance. Wyndham also introduced Wyndham Gateway, a guest Wi-Fi portal, and Wyndham Marketplace for streamlined shopping. The company has invested $350m in technology since 2018 and reported 5% revenue growth in Q4 2024.
