Xend Finance, supported by Binance and Google, is launching a platform in Africa to provide tokenized access to global real estate and stock markets. Risevest, with a U.S. broker-dealer license, is a partner in the launch. Users can invest in international markets starting at $5 using stablecoins like USDT and USDC.

Africans are increasingly adopting crypto for business payments, inflation hedging, and smaller transactions. Stablecoins, making up 43% of all crypto volume in Sub-Saharan Africa, offer a hedge against inflation and lower transaction costs. RWA tokenization could further drive crypto adoption in Africa by granting access to the global financial system.
