Y-mAbs announces positive results from Phase 1 Trial 1001 for radiopharmaceutical development

Y-mAbs Therapeutics, Inc. announced positive results from the Phase 1 Trial 1001 involving patients with metastatic solid tumors expressing GD2. The GD2-SADA treatment was found to be safe, tolerable, and able to achieve targeted conjugation of 177Lu-DOTA. The company plans to initiate a Trial 1001 Bridge study in 2026 with an optimized radiohapten, “Proteus.” This development is part of the company’s expanded radiopharmaceutical pipeline focusing on oncology. Y-mAbs will host a virtual R&D update to discuss these advancements in radiopharmaceutical development.
The Trial 1001 data demonstrated positive tumor uptake and safe administration of GD2-SADA and 177Lu-DOTA. The company also optimized their SADA technology to improve tumor uptake and retention.
